Black + Blanc Aesthetics is a skincare and laser hair removal clinic committed to providing results-oriented services and helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Our values are honesty, integrity, and passion and we strive to ensure they are exhibited daily. Our packages and treatment plans are customized to best suit the needs of our clients; therefore all prepaid packages, memberships, and services are non-refundable. Unused funds may be credited to your account and redeemed for other services. Payments rendered are for the services received and not to guarantee any particular result. All sales of individual treatments received are final. Individual results vary person to person, but we will always strive for success and your satisfaction. 

All product sales are final, however, if an adverse reaction is reported to Black + Blanc within 7 days of purchase, you may return the product for an exchange or store credit.

Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment, unless otherwise stated. Memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial 6-month term. A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. You must notify Black + Blanc Aesthetics that you would like to freeze your membership before your payment comes out for that month. A membership may only be frozen once per 6-month term. Membership changes or cancellations require 30-day written notice prior to the next month’s billing period. You may contact Black + Blanc at hello@blackandblancla.com to obtain the cancellation form. May not be combined with other offers or promotions advertised by Black + Blanc Aesthetics unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

Please note that all appointments require a valid card to secure the appointment. Cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. No Shows will be charged 100% of your total service price.

Appointment Policy

Payment for all services is due at the time of the treatment. For packages and specials, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. 
We provide several payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your desires:
